Business Capability Roadmaps help executive stakeholders understand which capabilities will be enabled within a given timeframe to assist with resource planning and budgeting. Use this type of roadmap to group business capabilities together into capability groups and to identify implementation order, timeframes, dependencies, and the type of value each capability will provide to the business.
